If you were an evil robot bent on world domination with the power to teleport, how would you use it? Would you steal something valuable? Spy on your hated foes? Even in a straight combat situation, teleportation would seem like a useful ability, letting you zip around, shooting foes in the back before popping back to safety.
Well, if you were Skywarp, you would probably use it to teleport behind a friend, knock him down the stairs, then teleport away, leaving him wondering what exactly just happened. Though this isn’t something that actually happened, at least on the cartoon, it certainly would have been in character, clearly defining Skywarp’s… “unique” sense of humor.
Yeah, Skywarp’s a jerk, and not even a particularly clever jerk. Which is unfortunate for the Decepticons, because otherwise he would seem to be a great asset. Not only does he transform into an F-15 fighter, he really does have the ability to teleport, which would be a strong strategic tool if its user didn’t have all the maturity of an 8-year old. In the end, the Autobots have more to fear from a malicious stair-pushing from Skywarp than anything else.
