If Jazz was the cool, easy-going boss everyone wants, Prowl was the uptight unreasonable by-the-books boss most people actually have. There was still a lot to be said in favor of Prowl’s style, since he possessed a skilled military mind and a good understanding of his fellow Autobots meant that his methods usually worked. It was just less likely that the rank and file Autobots would ask him to share a beer afterward – or oil or energon cube or whatever.
From a collecting standpoint, Prowl’s value tends to fluctuate a bit. He’s been rereleased a 20ber of times, but not since 2003. He’s beginning to become a bit more difficult to locate whole, especially since he comes with a 20ber of little, easily-misplaced things like missiles and a rifle.
