Who can forget the Flintstone’s Barney Rubble? He’s the best friend and neighbor to Fred Flintstone in the popular children’s (and adults’!) cartoon. The Flintstone’s Barney Rubble has blond hair and is quite short and stocky. He works at the rock quarry with his friend Fred, where dinosaurs do most of the heavy lifting.
Barney is married to Betty, who is best known for her silly giggle. Together they have an adopted son who is lovingly called “Bam Bam”. Bam Bam has a club he carries with him which he uses to pulverize things. Barney Rubble is known to be an excellent bowler and is a member of the same lodge of brothers as Fred. The two families live in stone houses next door to each other.
