Hollywood could not have paired any two stars better than Roy Rogers and Trigger. The team took Hollywood by storm. Trigger was born under the name of Golden Cloud and appeared in other movies, which later led him to the Roy Rogers film duo. After riding Trigger, Roy decided to buy him and make him a part of his “animal family.”
After the death of Trigger in 1965, Bishoff’s Taxidermy had the horse mounted in the famous rearing position for all of his fans to see. Collectors try to find anything with the famous horse, including photos, lunchboxes, toys, statues, books, pins, magazines and anything else they can get their hands on.
