It may not have been the technological wonder that other toys were, but nevertheless the Lost In Space robot was a prized toy to own. The character of the mechanical robot in this series was as loved as any of the living characters. Viewers simply loved the robot, who had wit and personality in spite of not being human in nature.
A popular toy, this product of the 1960s, was mostly operated manually. Its lone special effect was a single blinking light on its chest. Though not big on its action, it was big on fame!
