He-Man became a popular animated character in the 1980’s on the show, “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe“. He-Man was the alter ego of Prince Adam, whose parents were the King and Queen of the imaginary planet Eternia. By using the sword at the Grayskull Castle, Prince Adam transforms into the powerful He-Man. His main duties include protecting the Grayskull Castle from evil enemies who want to capture the Castle’s powers and protecting the citizens of Eternia.
His mentor is Man-At-Arms, who helps invent new and powerful weapons for He-Man. The sorceress, who lives in the Grayskull Castle, gives him his powers and advises him telepathically. Only these two people and his pet named Battle Cat know about Prince Adam’s double life, he does this to protect his family from harm.
