The most sarcastic of the Ghostbusters, Peter was also generally the most popular and got the most screen time in most Ghostbuster incarnations. Though also a scientist and a doctorate, Peter is significantly less academically oriented than Ray or Egon.
Though a bit abrasive at times, Peter usually served as the face for the Ghostbusters, a role sometimes shared with Ray due to his greater enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject material.
As with the rest of the original Ghostbusters cast, Peter figures vary widely in price based on specific model and condition. Prices do tend to be a bit more reasonable for Peter than others – as perhaps the most popular of the original cast, more of his figures were originally sold, and thus more have survived in decent condition.
