Cabbage Patch Newborn dolls are eleven inches of soft, little babies. (Cabbage Patch Kids are +/- 16″ long, while Cabbage Patch Babies are +/- 14″ long.) Cabbage Patch Babies are “adopted” for an “adoption fee,” and come with their very own birth certificates.
